  I’ve tried sears and I’ve tried other local businesses for several appliances and none of them did for me what Rowland has. I’m a younger single home owner, no living parents and a business owner. When something breaks it can create fear about surviving without it, paying for it, what the reasons were to cause it. Trusting someone to tell you exactly what happened, repair the issue AND fix the problem that created the issue is what I wanted. He took on the extra work and he did it really quickly. I felt like he was honest and really wanted to help make me feel like I could trust his work. Especially in comparison to other people I’ve hired for the same exact job. My dryer also has never worked as good as when Roland fixed it. He’s my new fix it guy. Thank you, Roland!!
